RuntimeException: TestActivity class not found #8

I'm not sure how this is happening have you seen this before?

Reason: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to instantiate activity
ComponentInfo{com.app.app/com.venmo.android.pin.TestActivity}:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Didn't find class "com.venmo.android.pin.TestActivity" 
on path: DexPathList[[zip file "/data/app/com.app.app-1.apk"],
nativeLibraryDirectories=[/data/app-lib/com.app.app-1, /vendor/lib, /system/lib]]
