After Permission is granted Returns to the app and shows "Log in with Venmo" Screen

When a user that doesnt have the venmo app logs in through the url they are returned to the app and a "Log in with Venmo" screen is shown. If they login again, they are returned to this same Login screen again and are stuck. The completion handler code never gets returned however they did login successfully because if you close the app and reopen it they now have permission.
