switching chains

When I switch from ETH to BSC (or Polygon) it says:

You're viewing data from the bsc network, but your wallet is connected to Main, please switch your network to bsc

How do I switch? I didn't get a pop up.

Also, what does "Main" mean? It might not be clear to new users.

Update the language to, "You're viewing NFTs from the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network but your wallet is still connected to Ethereum (ETH) [is this right???]. Please switch your network to Binance Smart Chain (BSC)."

"You're viewing NFTs from the Polygon network but your wallet is still connected to Ethereum (ETH). Please switch your network to Polygon."

Other chains names are ok but Ethereum is still referred to as 'Main' network, please update.
