I can see in the settings that you have the option to 'Disable 2nd Reminder', but would it be possible to also add an option to 'Disable 1st Reminder'?

My client has asked to temporarily disable both emails from being sent out, and currently the only way to do this would be to disable the whole plugin. But it just doesn't seem right to do that.
