Invalid URL in Chapter 4 of nextjs learn #903

In Chapter 4 of Next.js Learn, Next.js references a URL for Root layout with a 404 url: https://nextjs.org/learn/dashboard-app/creating-layouts-and-pages

I believe the url should be https://nextjs.org/docs/app/building-your-application/routing/layouts-and-templates#root-layout-required
