starter-example: Internal Server Error

Hi nextjs team, Im taking your first course using the official documentation but when I try to install the first example using "npx create-next-app@latest nextjs-dashboard --example "https://github.com/vercel/next-learn/tree/main/dashboard/starter-example" --use-pnpm"

And then I use "pnpm i" and then "pnpm dev" It shows me a Internal Server Error when I want to watch http://localhost:3000/ I think the latelest version have some issue you should review
