Consider extracting data for clinician to confirm/deny

There is a lot of data present in free-text (for example in radiology reports) that we do not extract due to its error-proneness. However, we could probably make a good guess of what we need, then ask the clinician to confirm or deny its correctness, then display it in a structured way on the graphs.
