we need a new approach

Perhaps we should not use docker compose, but a single docker image containing: versatiles, nginx, certbot and cronjobs for updates.

The system should update:

• nginx, versatiles, certbot - when pulling a new version
• tile sources, frontend - maybe check for new updates every week
• TLS certificates with let's encrypt

maybe we should ditch docker and run what we need bare metal, or at least the webserver. i find it easier to ssh into a server and fix things than finding out some docker container ran out of file descriptors and trying to mess with some docker configs in a repository. we can still maintain configs in a repository if that gives anyone comfort.
