The following graphics need to be updated for Vertcoin:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/vertcoin-project/vertcoin-core/24.x/share/pixmaps/nsis-header.bmp
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/vertcoin-project/vertcoin-core/24.x/share/pixmaps/nsis-wizard.bmp

Please ensure format and size are exactly the same.

here are two images to update for vertcoin-project#257. both fit the description of size and branding that was requested. also this is my first commit!
