New template: text field instead of checkbox

On the "new template" screen , "Generate MAC based PXE config" is a text field instead of a checkbox I believe

This seems to lead to the fact that mac-based PXE config is automatically active after creating the template, which is maybe not what you want or expect.

On the "configure template" screen it's indeed a checkbox
