Simple Spring Cloud Sample

Using config repo (http://cloud.spring.io/spring-cloud-config/), for config server apps .yml:

Open source example for Spring Cloud (Netflix) (http://projects.spring.io/spring-cloud/) - Angel SR6 and (http://cloud.spring.io/spring-cloud-netflix/) 1.0.7

How to use

• You can use BOSH-LITE (https://github.com/cloudfoundry/bosh-lite and https://github.com/cloudfoundry-incubator/diego-release) or PCFDev (https://github.com/pivotal-cf/pcfdev), but need to deploy some services:

  • You need RabbitMQ service. (https://github.com/pivotal-cf/cf-rabbitmq-release)

  • You need to create some CUPS:

    • cf cups config-service -p '{"uri":"http://config-server.bosh-lite.com"}'

    • cf cups eureka-service -p '{"uri":"eureka-server.bosh-lite.com"}'

Endpoints:

• http://hello-service.bosh-lite.com/hello
• http://hello-service-client.bosh-lite.com/hello
• http://hystrix-dashboard.bosh-lite.com/hystrix
• http://eureka-server.bosh-lite.com
