weird lag and disconnect on my friend server

Hello, my friend and I are doing a survival on a modpack with your mod and originaly everything works fine minor some expected latency but nothing too big.

After playing a lot across a week or 2, when I connect to my friend I can't open any inventory for around 15 to 30 second and after that, every few seconds I keep being teleported to the same location as when I joined, with my camera resetting its position to what it was when I joined.

we are in EU, the modpack concerned is
