Unfortunately, there was a reconsideration of what semantic version bump was required for this.
Since the introduction of https://github.com/wamuir/graft/releases/tag/v0.9.0 technically forces an update of libtensorflow, this was official determined as a backwards-incompatible version.

This replaces old tags v0.14.4 and v0.14.5 ; these tags will be force updated to commits in a backwards compatible branch.
