• • build a container mini-conda
• • install dependencies
• • build the container to be used in the nextflow ?
• • "Check day" : Participants need to decide what project they want, in their field of interest. We meet to check the magnitude and level of the project to adjust to a good fit for the mic-credential. They come to the nextflow with the opportunity to ask specific questions.

• NextFlow

• • new modules to make a bit more challanging (diff from the course)
• • create themselves one or two modules (recycle)
• • one complete new to create a new module
• • module for script that is not an existing too
• • at least 3 modules, container/apptainer, run in the HPC
• • need to implement a script prepared by the trainers as part of the project regardless of the project they choose to do
• • we (trainers) need to prepare clear instructions
