Streamflow introduced some breaking changes to the protocol, notably a change in the transcoder function, used to register as a new Orchestrator / Transcoder.

There is also a change required in terminology - Delegators will now "stake" to an "Orchestrator" etc.

This issue is designed to fix all that.
