鼠标放在横向滚动条被table fixed遮挡的区域无法被选中，其他区域可以

同样问题，本来想改一下样式修复一下，发现自己修复不了，期待其他大神提供解决办法

可以通过修改 CSS 来暂时性修复这个 Bug
