Steps to reproduce

开启transfer为true，on-clickoutside点击下拉框中的内容也会触发

What is expected?

期望点击下拉框中的内容时on-clickoutside不触发

What is actually happening?

点击下拉框中的内容时on-clickoutsid不触发了
