Adding laminas-servicemanager as "real project"

I've added a bunch of features lately which are mainly used in laminas/laminas-servicemanager.

• Inherited assertions v2 #10189
• Resolve inherited conditional return types #10191
• Properly inherit assertions from parents or implemented faces #10157
• Prevent infinite-loop when resolving type-aliases #10156
• Allow to intersect type alias with non-type-aliases #9638
• Do not report required closure arguments as unused #9629
• Introduce callable object intersection #9599

All of these features were more or less relevant to reflect proper configuration of the servicemanager and to introduce meaningful generics for plugin managers (such as serializer adapter plugin manager).

Would love to see the laminas servicemanager to be tested with the "real projects" at some point.
Once #10189 and #10191 are merged and having 5.16 released with those changes, I will merge laminas/laminas-servicemanager#204 with 5.16 as minimum for the servicemanager.
Starting with that, we should have passing psalm checks in that component. I'd be happy to help with adding this to this package, just hit me up once I can be of help.
