While rasterizing using 2.0.3 I noticed that some tables have a small pixel gap. This makes (https://github.com/camelot-dev/camelot) not recognizing this table correctly.
I manually tested pdftoppm.exe version 0.68 to convert it to png and it does not have this problem.
