[BUG] Ocarina buffs (server)

in multiplayer, im unable to get the buffs from the ocarina. I still get the "event" from playing a song correctly but I receive no buffs. the horn does however, still give buffs.

oddly enough it still works in single player but when making my server i just copied over all configs and mods so there should be no issue config or mod conflict wise as it still works in single player as i said earlier
