Pre-render login/register

When building the app with dioxus it should be possible to generate an index that pre-renders the login/register view to give the user the feeling of an instant load. Ideally login and register are in the same page and the view can be alternated without Javascript(the CSS checkbox trick?) so the user can interact while the code downloads in the background and later re-hydrates the view.
