Description:
Implicit sense-id Increment
Reproducing the bug:

Choose ANY language
Choose ANY word, notice that sense-id in the block reads "1"
Now change the chosen word

Expected Result:
The word should change with any other change whatsoever
Actual Result:
The sens-id gets incremented to "2" automatically, in fact if the word is changed again, the sense-id keeps on incrementing
