How to use InterpolateHeatmapLayer instead of HeatmapLayer

Hi, I've found https://github.com/Rylern/InterpolateHeatmapLayer (HeatmapLayer but based on a value instead of density) that is based on mapbox-gl-js layer object and I'd like to know how I can still use react-map-gl with it. Is there a simple way to do it ?
They describe at https://github.com/Rylern/InterpolateHeatmapLayer#install how to use it but I'm not sure how I can use it in my React App.
