Cannot launch visit.

Hi, a visit newbie here. I am using visit v3.4.1 installed on a LC cluster (it seemed an easier route).
When I call visit, I can see an initial visit window trying to load something, but at the end it terminates with error message:

I have no issues invoking visit with -cli flag and other apps like xterm and xclock.
I am sure you haven't seen this type of error many times, but not many people in LC Hotline seem to know.

Are you running VisIt via VNC? Client server mode from another machine connecting to LC?

No. I am calling visit from a xterm launched from Xwin32 on my Windows laptop.
Do I have to run visit via VNC?

VNC is best, but Xwin32 version 21 should work. We've had issues reported with version 18.

Aha... I am using version 18.
Let me upgrade to 21 and try it again.
