Removing entire "colors" from model #20083

We are trying to excavate a galaxy simulation within the box the simulator program generated. I've attached a picture of excavation by "chipping" away at the excess with box selections. Ideally we would want to remove everything within the pseudocolor rho density that isn't our actual galaxy model. I've looked at isospheres and seems like that might be what we need, but haven't had much luck with it. TLDR we want to select the unnecessary colors and the like and delete it so only the galaxy inside remains? If more explanation is needed I'd be happy to further elaborate. Thanks |
