Bug: Fixed bug where addon preferences weren't loading based on name of the addons folder. Downloading from Github seems to add "-master" to the end of the folder.

Bug: Preferences were bugging out because of the api 0.x transition.
Numpy import now works appropriately.

Make sure to set the XMPL male & female .fbx files in the QuickMocap Preferences. Download SMPL .fbx.
