Automatically generate the README

[feloxx]

This plugin will recurse all your directories and files and automatically generate the corresponding README.

Warning:

• execute the plug-in in the root directory of the VNote;
• the plug-in overwrites the README;
• support 2 and 3;

The format in README is as follows:
