Vote Overwrite

As a voting organizer, I want to allow voters to overwrite their previous votes until the voting deadline, giving them the flexibility to change their choices up to 3 times if desired and enhancing their voting experience.

Tasks:

• Creation Process Step: Include “Vote Overwrite” option in the extra features list; modal allows enabling/disabling.
• Voter Page: Provide a button allowing voters to overwrite their votes if this feature is enabled.
• Voting page Details: show the feature enabled in the "Feature List"

Acceptance Criteria:

• Voters can overwrite votes (up to 3 times) until the vote closes.
• It clearly shows that the user can overwrite it's vote.
• The popup is shown when clicking the option and can be enabled/disabled. The option is clearly shown as selected (border and tick icon).

How It Works:
When enabled, this feature allows voters to change their vote up to 3 times before the voting deadline. This gives participants the flexibility to adjust their choices if they change their mind during the voting period, enhancing the voting experience and providing additional security against external pressure.
