This has been bothering me for many months already and it happens with both - Chromium and Firefox: for any data source and time resolution, the rightmost bar of a bar graph plot will always overlap its neighbor.
As you can seen in the following screenshots, there are 2 bars overlapping each other with slightly different shading and if you hover it, it will show the value of the one or the other, depending on the height of the mouse cursor
I'm running the official docker image (c1db6ff6bd17) on an Archlinux machine.
