podcast plugin stops sound after approx 40mins and the time counter still counting

i think the is the same fundamental issue mentioned here.
Various podcasts, correctly added and discovered, randomly but very often, stop making any sound while there is time left in the episode and the time continues to count.
Stopping the play and starting it again from the left minute is a workaround.
This issue is ongoing since several versions of volumio.
