Affected Puppet, Ruby, OS and module versions/distributions

Distribution:
Module version: 11.0.0

How to reproduce (e.g Puppet code you use)

No options for specific redis 7 features (latency-tracking and repl-diskless-sync specifically)

What are you seeing

The options don't exist

What behaviour did you expect instead

To be able to set these settings in the main class

Output log

Any additional information you'd like to impart
