Closure: Installation Error: Cannot download closure compiler

When trying to install the JSDT for Closure feature, Eclipse shows the following error message to me:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.rcp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Artifact not found: http://www.normalesup.org/~simonet/soft/ow/update/plugins/net.vtst.ow.closure.compiler_0.3.0.jar.

Same for me in ecplise mars2 trying to install LESS Plugin.
