TSNEX with moving-points interaction.

Modified version of t-SNE to take into account the moving-points of users.
The new positions of these moving-points will be fixed in the next iterations of t-SNE,
that means the gradient of these points are set to zero.
So in the result, these points are fixed and other points will move around
until reaching a stable configuration.
