custom_options of a product are invalid only with vsbridge but not with mage2vuestorefront

Hi, it's me again. This is another weird issue that only happens when using vsbridge but it's okay with mage2vuestorefront.

Here is the thing, we are giving almost all of our products a customizable option to select a guarantee, but it does not work on our production environment which is very critic...

I'll show you the data obtained with mage2vuestorefront vs vsbridge:

As you see, there are lot of differences between the two custom options, but the main thing is that their ids are different!
Again, this works perfectly in local with mage2vuestorefront...
