Subject: [PATCH] Create CODEOWNERS

Because of lack of CODEOWNERS, integrations team doesn't get notified in our saved PR search. We also don't get e-mail notifications because of this.

We have CODEOWNERS in all our other integrations. This one must've been lost during the many repo migrations.
