v-slider - add limit option

Imagine a set of sliders. Each v-slider's max value is 100 , meaning percent. Total sliders' value can not exceed 100 therefore user should not be able to set value 100 for every slider, instead sliders' available value should be limited. We can do this with max property but IMO showing sliders with max 100 and limitation to some value would be much better from UI/UX pov
