Should there be a "ducked" AudioSessionState? #11

AudioSessionState can be "inactive", "active", or "interrupted". Given that "transient" audio might duck other audio, should this be able to be reflected in the AudioSessionState as "ducked"?

Which usecases do you have in mind?

A potential downside is that, if an app knows it is being ducked, it might try to increase the volume using web audio.
