Hi,
I'm inquiring about the status of Media Session support for Android WebView. This feature has been discussed for years but never released. Could you explain why it hasn't been implemented and if there are plans to support it in the future?
If anyone has any idea why.

Would also like to know information on this. Lots of apps are wrapped as webviews and if you're going to shift the internet to use something -- please at least make sure it's supported everywhere. Now even apps that have implemented your spec correctly, are not working in their wrappers. =(
