Yes, and or a preable about areas of concern, and or when individual specs were last reviewed by external W3C privacy groups? With the move to live standards docs it's not clear that new features/changes (aka current text of live specs) have been reviewed. Clarity here would be welcome.

I was thinking of the specific issues we have in Resource Timing, hr-time and reporting.
