Missing assertion about query parameter #540

Under the example at https://w3c.github.io/wot-discovery/#example-update-event-full , we have the text:

When a server which does not support the diff query parameter is requested with such query parameter, it should reject the request.

This must be an assertion since it is defining very clear instructions on implementations.
