Looking into Deno #570

During today's main call @mmccool and @ashimura suggested that the Scripting API task force might want to look into Deno.

would like to bring up the Deno runtime for node.js
… a web-compatible version of the nodejs platform
… lots of webby features and supports typescript out of the box

Deno seems to become more important and mature. Moreover, Deno seems to work nicely with browsers (we should check that).

Hence, I am creating this issue to not forget about it 🙈

The implications for the Scripting api should be negligible, the impact might be more relevant for node-wot.

We did experiment few months ago, maybe we can give it another go. I remember some dependencies weren't working as intended.
