Since Wabbajack moved to .net 9 any user running a old version of windows predating Windows 10 22H2 (Specifically those users running LTSC version of windows 10) have been getting a fast fail exception or wabbajack just failing to open.

we should ideally add some sort of system requirements to the main page of wabbajack.org to stop those errors reaching support channels.
