Now I've got MemSAT building, can you offer any pointers on how to run it? If you can give me a couple of pointers I can maybe write up the instructions into the README.

The only way to run it right now is to use the tests in com.ibm.wala.memset.test; running that project in Eclipse as a Unit test ought to run 200+ tests. To see how to use it outside the tests, the best bet is likely to look at how the tests run it.
