Right now the UI is a vertical wall of text. The UI should be reminiscent of a whiteboard with 4 quadrants, running a Spotify-esque Improvement Kata (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3rGdmoTjDc&feature=youtu.be&t=10m55s)
