能否加入自动歌单曲目本地化？ #71

鉴于官方也是支持下载的，所以之前一直是手动下载，但下载下来的是他们的格式，我每次还要转格式，此外，每当有新的歌加入，老的曲目删除，操作就很麻烦了

希望可以有个定时任务，自动同步歌单，歌单里有新的曲目自动下载，老的歌曲被删除了，则删除本地文件
如果可以的话，可以根据会员等级，自动下载最佳品质（常年SVIP）

@murazi 不错的想法，缓存功能的确是有必要的，这个我记下来
