Also have the problem with the latest PS. Mine boots but nothing will load. All i can do is open a file but it wont let me edit it. Other apps I have work good.

It's seem like some errors occurred during patch, but I try opening PS 26.3 by Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop, but I only succeeded once， that was a chance opportunity I think (＠_＠;)

After disconnecting from the network, PS 26.3 may run for a longer period of time, and may even last for a while, but as soon as the removal tool is launched, the program immediately crash.

Do you mean that after you apply the patch and disconnect from internet it runs for a while longer?
And what do you mean by "the removal tool"?

I tried to Upgrade Premiere Pro 25.1, it crashes.

i don't doubt that it works, its just that a patcher is sometimes easier to handle if you can issue one.

in any case it is not working for me.
i uninstalled previous version and reinstalled this one.
same issue - it keeps crashing

I didnt need to. But it shouldnt hurt to start it up and check before running the patcher. Just make sure you close it completely before patching, if needed.

I'll wait for a stable patch. Assuming these chnage will continue in next adobe releases it will be unpractical to keep merging old and new files.
26.3 does not have any important change.

+1 myself. i prefer the "Update from creative cloud" and patching it with genp approach,

I think I fixed the issue, I can upload my own patcher - it is working on my end.
I updated the app via creative cloud and applied it. So far all is working with no crashes.
You might need to restore creative cloud in order to install PS if it complains your app is not legit, at least I had to.
