Noticed an issue where dynamically creating and removing many arrows did not properly remove the underlying SVG elements created for the arrowheads. This led to a leak that would cause memory errors on iOS devices after ~1000 SVG elements were created. Explicitly removing the SVG elements upon layer removal clears up this issue.
