This repository is for important datafiles, codes, and process logs of the arabidopsis 50 seedling samples paper.

  1. folder process_logs: log files of the original works
  2. Araport11-AtRTD3.restored.gff3.zip: combined GFF3 of AtRTD3 and Araport11, with gene category information from Araport11.
  3. ReportedLists.tree: GOBU tree file for reported gene lists. The reported GO enrichment was done with this file and GOBU at https://sourceforge.net/projects/gobu/files/20230301/ (containing GO database at that time).
