Move UUIDs to votes (?) #9
Comments
We probably dont actually need to show the IDs. We can just have a [searchable] list of people, and add a nominate button. People probably don't actually care what the UUID string is. |
The issue is more centered around unique UUIDs for every vote, so that revealing your UUID for one vote does not expose past or future votes. |
Why can't the maintainer assign a new UUID on request? |
Would it be retroactive? Retroactively wouldn't be too effective if someone is constantly downloading votes to check for changes. |
If we didn't do it retroactively, we could publish a list of UUIDs that are inactive and when they were rotated. |
