can't get it to work

I installed the repo. But the generated website look like this:

there are no errors in weewx log.

After reinstalling and correcting the typo in summary.html.tmpl. Should be 'station.os_uptime.long_form' not 'station.os_uptime.log_form' it works. expect the summary page.
If try to click on a record i get this

Do you have the latest PHP installed? I can't reproduce the error on my server so I think it might have something to do with the PHP module.
